Hi Y'all,

I'm Em (they/them), a Meanjin based maker and teacher.

I make across multiple mediums including digital illustration, ceramics, collage, printmaking and zines. At the heart of my work are drawings that are often autobiographical and act as snapshots of particular moments in time. I am greatly inspired by everyday emotions, conversations, and experiences. For me, making is a great source of joy and a way for me to process big feelings and ideas. As I discover parts of myself one drawing at a time, I hope you can find parts of yourself in my work too.
